Notice on the Awarding of the title of Outstanding Young Face at the grassroots level and VNU level in 2024

Award recipients: Staff and students (high school students, undergraduate students, graduate students, and postgraduate students hereinafter referred to as students) studying, researching, and working at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, under 35 years old.

- Titles are not considered for:
+ Students, graduate students, and researchers graduating in the 2023-2024 academic year.
+ Students of Course QH-2024-X.
- Nominated individuals must submit full evidence in the 2023 - 2024 school year (do not declare and submit in previous years). Evidence must be arranged in the order declared in the achievement summary form.
- The school will not consider units that do not submit the correct list within the prescribed time limit. If after the above deadline, the unit does not send the selection request to the school, it will be considered as not participating.
After the results of the title "Outstanding Young Face at the grassroots level" in 2024 are available, the Grassroots Council will select and propose to honor the title "Outstanding Young Face at the Hanoi National University level" in 2024.

- The profile includes:
+ Request letter of the unit with confirmation of the unit leader
+ List of recommendations and achievements (according to form)
+ Evidence of personal achievements
- Sending method:
+ In full writing as in the profile list.
+ Via emailbang@ussh.edu.vn(request letter and list of documents to be sent, for proof, candidates scan into a single PDF file and send to the review units).
- Time: Units will review and send documents in the two forms above to the Department of Politics and Student Affairs.before October 26, 2024(Saturday).
