Announcement regarding the awarding of the title of Outstanding Young Person at the grassroots and VNU levels in 2024.

Eligible recipients: Faculty and students (including undergraduates, graduate students, and doctoral candidates, hereinafter collectively referred to as students) currently studying, researching, or working at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, under the age of 35.

- No awards will be given to:
+ Undergraduate students, postgraduate students, and doctoral candidates graduating in the 2023-2024 academic year.
+ Students of the QH-2024-X cohort.
- Nominated individuals must submit complete supporting documents during the 2023-2024 academic year (excluding and not submitting documents from previous years). The documents should be arranged in the correct order as listed in the achievement summary form.
- The school will not consider applications from units that do not submit the list in the correct format and within the specified deadline. If a unit fails to submit its application for selection to the school within the aforementioned deadline, it will automatically be considered as not participating.
After the results of the "Outstanding Young Person at the grassroots level" award for 2024 are announced, the grassroots-level council will select and nominate candidates for the "Outstanding Young Person at Hanoi National University" award for 2024.

- The file includes:
+ A written request from the unit, with confirmation from the unit's leader.
+ List of nominees and summary of achievements (according to template)
+ Evidence of personal achievements
- Shipping method:
+ In full written form as listed in the document catalog.
+ Via emailbang@ussh.edu.vn(The request letter and list of submitted documents should be scanned into a single PDF file for supporting documents and sent to the reviewing units).
- Timeline: Units will review and submit applications using the two methods above to the Department of Politics and Student Affairs.before October 26, 2024(Saturday).
