The short-term training certificate template is A4 size (landscape) and has two sides:

1. The outer side is dark red, featuring the school's logo and yellow lettering. The inner side has a white background, with the school's logo subtly embossed in the center and a yellow border pattern.

2. Instructions on how to fill in the content on the short-term training certificate form in the Appendix attached to this Decision.
