UNIVERSITY ADMISSIONS 2023: EXPLORING PHILOSOPHY - "STARTING WITH SURPRISE"

Many people think that Philosophy is an "abstract," dry, and very difficult field of study. But… you'll be surprised when you learn about this major at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi!
The Philosophy department currently offers training in 7 specializations:
- Marxist-Leninist philosophy
Scientific Socialism
- History of Eastern Philosophy and Religion
- History of Western Philosophy and Religion
- Aesthetic Ethics
- Logic
- Philosophy and Management
You might be surprised to learn that Philosophy students at VNU-USSH are very fluent in two foreign languages, because they not only learn English but also a second foreign language, Chinese.
Philosophy students have many opportunities to receive scholarships from the university, Vietnam National University, and other universities to study in countries such as China, South Korea, Belgium, and Russia... and obtain two university degrees in just 5 years of study with the dual degree program.
Graduates with a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities are holding many important positions in government agencies as well as in corporations and businesses.
