On December 20th-21st, 2019, USSH, VNU Hanoi's Tourism and Scientific Services Company (TASS) started the training course on "Knowledge and responsibility of the tourism sector for wildlife conservation" for tourism personnel in Ho Chi Minh City.

On December 31st, USSH's Vice Rector and representatives of its Faculty of Linguistics, Office for Cooperation and Development and Office for Academic Affairs welcomed and worked with the delegation of Guangxi College of Foreign Studies (Guangxi University of Nationalities, China) led by Prof.Dr Zeng Cheng Chuo (Vice President).

On January 8th, 2020, Prof.Dr Nguyen Van Kim (USSH's Vice Rector) and representatives of Faculty of History, Office for Research Affairs, and Office for Cooperation and Development had a work meeting with the delegation of the History NGO Forum for Peace in East Asia (South Korea) led by Prof. Jang-Hie Lee (President). Also participating in the meeting were Prof. Tran Duc Cuong (President of the Vietnamese Association of Historical Science) and Prof. Nghiem Dinh Vi (President of the Vietnamese Association of History Education).

On January 17th, 2020, USSH held the concluding and degree-granting Ceremony for students of the Marxist Institute of Nanning Normal University
