• Study and suggest policies for developing Vietnam's science and technology human resources to actively participate in international organizations for some prioritized areas.

• The policy for social mobilization with regard to high-quality science and technology human resources in Vietnam in the context of international integration. (code: KX01.01/16-20)

• Analyze and study the system of science and technology and innovation/creativity in Vietnam in its integration into the international science and technology.

• Study Autralia's experiences in organizing technology transfer and suggest corresponding models for Vietnam in the context of international integration.

• Social development and social development management in the Central Highlands (code TN3/X07).
