Research objectives:The thesis research aims to clarify Ho Chi Minh's thoughts on the work of inspecting and supervising party members of the Communist Party of Vietnam; Analyze the current situation of the work of inspecting and supervising party members of the Communist Party of Vietnam from 1986 to present and propose directions and solutions for the work of inspecting and supervising party members of the Communist Party of Vietnam today according to Ho Chi Minh's thoughts.

The thesis applies the methodology of Marxism-Leninism.

Based on the study and approach to the system of documents and reports on the inspection and supervision work of the Communist Party of Vietnam from the 6th Congress (1986) to the present, combined with in-depth interviews with experts, the thesis analyzed and interpreted the current situation and issues raised regarding the inspection and supervision work of Party members of the Party today according to Ho Chi Minh's thought.

Based on Ho Chi Minh's ideological values ​​regarding the inspection and supervision of Party members by the Communist Party of Vietnam, and the challenges facing this work in the context of the new situation, this dissertation proposes fundamental directions and solutions for the inspection and supervision of Party members, contributing to the improvement of the qualities and capabilities of cadres and Party members, meeting the requirements of Party building, the cause of national renewal, and sustainable development today.
