1. Course “Online journalism skills”
ButCourse results:
+ Proficient in the processes and skills of online journalism.
+ Capable of working in newspaper offices, online news sites, information websites, etc.
ButTarget audience for the course:
+ Students who have graduated from another field of study
+ Personnel at media companies, event organizers; units managing information websites, electronic news sites, etc.
ButCourse content:
+ Writing, practicing writing for modern online newspapers
+ Editing and practicing editing for modern online newspapers.
+ Journalism skills with multimedia applications
+ Practice using online content management software (CMS)
+ Practice the operational procedures involved in online journalism.
+ Handling audio, video, and other technical issues for online newspapers.
+ Extracting press materials, news summaries, and techniques for exploiting journalistic topics from newspapers.
2. Course “Advanced Journalism Skills”

+Improve the basic level of journalistic skills and expertise.
+ Practice journalism at a high professional level.

+ Leaders, reporters, and editors of media organizations who want to improve their skills and master modern working technologies.
+ Journalism students, or graduates from another field of study.

+ Interviewing, interview skills, and related issues.
+ Reporting and live coverage of events for online newspapers.
+ Thinking and methods for thinking about journalistic topics.
+ Extracting press materials, news summaries, and techniques for extracting press information from newspapers.
+ Skills in online journalism using multimedia applications.
+ Practice the operational procedures involved in online journalism.
+ Writing and practicing writing for modern journalism.
+ Editing and editorial practice for modern journalism
+ Handling audio, video, and other technical issues for online newspapers.
They are highly qualified and experienced journalists working at leading newspapers and online news outlets in Vietnam; and professors and doctors of journalism who have studied abroad.

+ 10% tuition fee subsidy for students of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities.
+ 5% tuition fee support for students from other universities, colleges, and vocational high schools.
