This dissertation addresses the following research objectives:

First,This provides an overview and analysis of relevant works, forming a scientific basis for research on the political awareness of workers in industrial zones.

Secondly,To clarify the basic concepts, content, criteria, roles, and some theoretical issues related to the political awareness of workers in industrial zones.

Third,To clarify the current state of political awareness among workers in industrial zones of Dong Nai province and the issues that arise.

Fourth,Forecasting the influencing factors and proposing directions and solutions to enhance political awareness among workers in industrial zones of Dong Nai province.

The subject of this thesis is the political awareness of workers in industrial zones in Dong Nai province.

Through this, the dissertation contributes to supplementing the approach and research on the content and criteria for evaluating the political awareness of workers in industrial zones.

Secondly,This thesis contributes to affirming the role and importance of political awareness in building a continuously growing workforce in industrial zones. It also affirms that further enhancing the awareness and leadership role of Party committees and government at all levels, and promoting the role and responsibility of trade unions, youth organizations, and women's associations in raising the political awareness of workers in industrial zones, is an essential requirement today.

Third,This dissertation establishes a valuable system of reference materials related to the political awareness of workers in current industrial zones. Based on this, the dissertation serves as a reference document for propaganda and education efforts aimed at raising political awareness among workers in industrial zones in particular and the working class in Dong Nai in general.

First,The dissertation is a systematic and in-depth research work, focusing on clarifying the content, evaluation criteria, and role of political awareness of the working class in industrial zones. The outstanding difference of this work compared to previous studies is its multi-dimensional approach, focusing on two main aspects: (1). Clarifying the content, evaluation criteria, and role of political awareness of workers in industrial zones; (2). Assessing the current situation, clarifying the causes and current issues regarding the improvement of political awareness of workers in industrial zones in Dong Nai province. By emphasizing practical aspects, the work has outlined a comprehensive picture of the political awareness of workers in industrial zones in Dong Nai province under the multi-dimensional impacts of international integration and the fourth industrial revolution with the task of building and consolidating the class nature of the working class under the leadership of the Party. This enriches the research content on workers in general and the political awareness of workers in particular during the process of construction and development.

Monday,The dissertation has initially succeeded in affirming the value and role of political awareness in building a strong workforce in large industrial zones and contributing to the overall development of Dong Nai province. From a political perspective, the dissertation clarifies the content and role of political awareness in building a workforce with political consciousness, moral character, and ethical qualities, thereby fostering socio-political activism and a sense of protecting the Party, the State, and the regime. From an economic perspective, the dissertation emphasizes that workers with political awareness will be more active in production, developing initiatives and technical improvements that benefit businesses in particular and society in general; they will proactively study to improve their professional skills and expertise to meet requirements, thus securing suitable and stable jobs and increasing their income. At the same time, this will reduce unemployment and lessen the economic and social burden on the state. In the cultural and social sphere, raising political awareness will foster a workforce in industrial zones with healthy lifestyles, actively participating in social activities, and contributing to reducing law violations and social vices among workers. In the security sector, it will contribute to building security and order in industrial zones, especially ensuring worker safety in the context of Vietnam implementing the provisions of signed free trade agreements.

Tuesday,The thesis objectively and comprehensively assessed the political propaganda and education work for workers in industrial zones of Dong Nai province, highlighting achievements and their causes. Simultaneously, the thesis also pointed out fundamental limitations, such as: the limited awareness, role, and responsibility of Party committees, government agencies, trade unions, and functional bodies in disseminating and educating workers to raise their political awareness. Furthermore, there are inadequacies in policies and regulations for workers, including wages, social housing, insurance, healthcare, education, and cultural institutions. Based on these limitations, the thesis clarifies current issues arising from practical experience and proposes directions and solutions to improve the political awareness of workers in industrial zones of Dong Nai province, meeting the increasingly demanding requirements of the integration process.

11.4. Conclusion

In the context of Vietnam's deep, active, and proactive integration, industrial parks will continue to develop strongly in provinces and cities nationwide in the coming time. The number of workers will increase rapidly, the structure of the Vietnamese working class will shift, and a workforce of intellectual workers will be formed in the digital economy and knowledge economy. The material and spiritual lives of workers will be increasingly improved. Their skills, awareness,political qualities and ideological stance ofGCCNThere will be many positive changes. However, the working class will also face the problem of unemployment for a segment of the workforce that cannot adapt to the new context. Social problems will arise within the Vietnamese working class, such as addressing issues related to housing, schools, cultural activities, etc., along with complex social problems such as social vices, gambling, drug abuse, prostitution, etc. In addition, there is the issue of ensuring worker security in light of the requirements of new-generation free trade agreements. The disparity among workers in terms of skills, income, and job positions will have a significant impact on the productivity of the working class in general and workers in industrial zones in particular.

Dong Nai province leads the country in the number of industrial parks and the number of workers in these parks. The aforementioned positive and negative impacts on the Vietnamese working class also present both opportunities and challenges for workers in Dong Nai's industrial parks in the future. This inevitably has a significant impact on the working conditions of workers in Dong Nai's industrial parks and will create new demands for improving working conditions for these workers.

The research findings of this thesis offer insightful suggestions for improving the working conditions of industrial park workers in Dong Nai province in the future. However, the research results and recommendations presented in this thesis still have some limitations:The first,Access to international research findings on the working class and the working class's political system is limited;Monday,The process of collecting, analyzing, and comparing documents and texts related to the work of workers in industrial zones still needs to be supplemented and updated to ensure comprehensiveness and timeliness.Tuesday,The solutions proposed in this thesis are primarily directional, while further empirical studies are needed to evaluate their practical effectiveness and feasibility.

The doctoral candidate has decided to continue in-depth research on this topic because there are currently no studies on the political awareness of workers in general and workers in industrial zones in Dong Nai province in particular. At the same time, raising the political awareness of workers in industrial zones is an essential requirement today to contribute to building a stronger working class in Dong Nai, one that possesses political qualities and fortitude, as well as the necessary skills and expertise to meet the demands of integration and development under the leadership of the Party, which currently presents many challenges.

At the same time, it will limit unemployment, reduce the economic and social security burden on the state. In the cultural and social fields, raising political awareness will form a team of workers in industrial zones with a healthy lifestyle, actively participating in social activities, contributing to reducing violations of the law and social evils among workers. In the field of security, it will contribute to building security and order in industrial zones, especially ensuring worker security in the context of Vietnam implementing the contents according to the signed free trade agreements.

Third, the thesis has objectively and comprehensively assessed the work of propaganda and political education for workers in industrial zones of Dong Nai province, clearly pointing out the achievements and causes. At the same time, the thesis also points out the basic limitations, such as: Awareness, role, responsibility of Party committees, authorities, trade unions and functional agencies in propaganda, education to raise political awareness for workers are still limited. Or the desperate in the regime and policies for workers such as: salary, social housing, insurance regimes, health care, education, cultural institutions, etc. Based on the causes of limitations, the thesis has clarified the current issues arising from practice and proposed directions and groups of solutions to raise political awareness of workers in industrial zones of Dong Nai province, meeting the increasing requirements of the integration process.

11.4. Conclusion

In the context of Vietnam's deep, active and proactive integration, in the coming time, industrial parks will continue to develop strongly in provinces and cities across the country. The number of workers will increase rapidly, the structure of Vietnam's industrial clusters will shift, forming a team of intellectual knowledge workers in the digital economy and economy. The material and spiritual life of workers is increasingly improved. The level, awareness, political qualities, and ideological stance of the industrial clusters will have many positive changes. However, the industrial park will also face the fact that a part of workers who cannot adapt to the new context will be unemployed. Social problems will arise in the Vietnamese industrial park such as solving housing problems, schools, cultural activities, etc., along with complex social problems such as social evils, gambling, drugs, prostitution, etc. In addition, there is the issue of ensuring security for workers in response to the requirements of new generation free trade agreements. The differentiation among workers in terms of qualifications, income, job positions, etc. will have a significant impact on the NTCT of the industrial park in general and workers in industrial parks in particular.

Dong Nai is the leading province in the country in terms of the number of industrial parks and workers in industrial parks. The above mentioned positive and negative impacts on the Vietnamese industrial park sector are also advantages and difficulties, challenges for workers in industrial parks in Dong Nai province in the coming time. This inevitably has a significant impact on the NTCT of workers in industrial parks in Dong Nai province and will set new requirements for improving NTCT for workers in industrial parks in Dong Nai province.

The research results of the thesis are suggested in order to improve the NTCT of workers in industrial parks in Dong Nai province in the coming time. However, the research results and recommendations and proposals up to now of the thesis still have certain limitations: first, access to international research results on GCCN and NTCT of GCCN is still limited; Secondly, the process of collecting, analyzing and comparing documents and texts related to NTCT of workers in industrial parks still needs to be supplemented and updated to ensure comprehensiveness and timeliness. Thirdly, the solutions proposed in the thesis are mainly directional, while more empirical studies are needed to evaluate practical effectiveness and considerations in practice.

The researcher determined to continue to conduct in-depth research on this topic because there is currently no research on the political awareness of workers in general and workers in industrial zones in Dong Nai province in particular. At the same time, improving the political awareness of workers in industrial zones is an inevitable requirement today to contribute to building a working class in Dong Nai that is constantly growing, has political qualities and mettle, has qualifications and expertise, and meets the requirements of integration and development under the leadership of the Party, which in reality is posing many challenges.
