The thesis addresses the following research objectives:

Third,Clarifying the current political awareness of workers in industrial zones in Dong Nai province and the issues raised.

Four is,Forecasting influencing factors and proposing directions and solutions to raise political awareness for workers in industrial parks in Dong Nai province.

Second,The thesis contributes to affirming the role and importance of political awareness in building a team of workers in industrial zones that is constantly growing. At the same time, it affirms that continuing to further enhance the awareness and leadership and direction of Party committees and authorities at all levels; promoting the role and responsibility of the Trade Union, Youth Union, and Women's Union in raising the political awareness of workers in industrial zones is an inevitable requirement today.

Third,The thesis establishes a system of valuable reference documents related to the political awareness of workers in industrial zones today. On that basis, the thesis is a reference document serving propaganda and education work to raise political awareness for workers in industrial zones in particular and the working class in Dong Nai in general.

By emphasizing practice, the work has outlined a comprehensive picture of the political awareness of workers in industrial zones of Dong Nai province under the multi-dimensional impacts of the international integration process and the fourth industrial revolution with the task of building and consolidating the nature of the working class under the leadership of the Party. Thereby enriching the research content on workers in general and workers' political awareness in particular in the process of construction and development.

Monday,The thesis has initially succeeded in affirming the value and role of political awareness in building a strong team of workers in industrial zones and contributing to the overall development of Dong Nai province. In terms of politics, the thesis clarifies the content and role of political awareness in building a team of workers with political awareness and qualities, ethics, thereby forming political and social positivity, with the awareness to protect the Party, the State, and the regime. In terms of economics, the thesis emphasizes that workers with political awareness will be active in production labor, promote initiatives, improve techniques to bring benefits to enterprises in particular and society in general; proactively study to improve professional qualifications and skills to meet requirements, thereby having suitable and stable jobs, increasing income. At the same time, it will limit unemployment, reduce the economic burden and social security for the state. In the security field, it will contribute to building security and order in industrial zones, especially ensuring worker security in the context of Vietnam implementing the contents according to the signed free trade agreements.

Tuesday,The thesis has objectively and comprehensively assessed the work of propaganda and political education for workers in industrial zones of Dong Nai province, clearly pointing out the achievements and causes. At the same time, the thesis also pointed out the basic limitations, such as: Awareness, role, responsibility of Party committees, authorities, trade unions and functional agencies in propaganda, education to raise political awareness for workers are still limited. Or the shortcomings in the regime and policies for workers such as: salary, social housing, insurance regimes, health care, education, cultural institutions, etc. Based on the causes of limitations, the thesis has clarified the current issues arising from practice and proposed directions and groups of solutions to raise political awareness of workers in industrial zones of Dong Nai province, meeting the increasing requirements of the integration process.

11.4. Conclusion

In the context of Vietnam's deep, active and proactive integration, in the coming time, industrial parks will continue to develop strongly in provinces and cities across the country. The number of workers will increase rapidly, the structure of Vietnam's industrial sector will shift, forming a team of intellectual workers in the digital economy and knowledge economy. The material and spiritual life of workers is increasingly improved. Level, awareness,political qualities, ideological stance ofGCCNThere will be many positive changes. However, the industrial park will also face the fact that a part of workers who cannot adapt to the new context will be unemployed. Social problems will arise in the Vietnamese industrial park such as solving housing problems, schools, cultural activities, etc., along with complex social problems such as social evils, gambling, drugs, prostitution, etc. In addition, there is the issue of ensuring security for workers in response to the requirements of new generation free trade agreements. The differentiation among workers in terms of qualifications, income, job positions, etc. will have a significant impact on the NTCT of the industrial park in general and workers in industrial parks in particular.

Dong Nai is the leading province in the country in terms of the number of industrial parks and workers in industrial parks. The above mentioned positive and negative impacts on the Vietnamese industrial park sector are also advantages and difficulties, challenges for workers in industrial parks in Dong Nai province in the coming time. This inevitably has a significant impact on the NTCT of workers in industrial parks in Dong Nai province and will set new requirements for improving NTCT for workers in industrial parks in Dong Nai province.

The research results of the thesis are suggestive in order to improve the NTCT for workers in Dong Nai province's industrial parks in the coming time. However, the research results and recommendations and proposals up to now of the thesis still have certain limitations:The first,Access to international research results on GCCN and GCCN's NTCT is limited;Monday,The process of collecting, analyzing and comparing documents and texts related to workers' NTCT in industrial parks still needs to be supplemented and updated to ensure comprehensiveness and timeliness.Tuesday,The solutions proposed in the thesis are mainly indicative, while further empirical studies are needed to evaluate their practical effectiveness and feasibility.
