The subject of this thesis is the novels of the Self-Reliance Literary Group, focusing on the levels/aspects of content and artistic expression of feminist thought and consciousness in the novels examined.
11.2. Research Methods
The main theory we use in this thesis is feminist theory. This theory guides the researcher to focus on women's experiences, challenging gender inequalities, and promoting social change to achieve equality in all areas of life as expressed in literary texts. Following this theoretical orientation, the thesis employs research methods such as: systems approach, poetics approach, interdisciplinary approach, and comparative approach.
11.3. Main results and conclusions
Key results
- The thesis identifies the context, cultural and ideological foundation, and factors that fostered the formation and expression of feminist thought in the novels of the Self-Reliance Literary Group.
