11. Summary of new results of the thesis
The study was conducted to identify factors influencing the choice of community tourism in the Central Highlands, thereby providing research and management implications related to the identified factors.
To serve the research, the author used research methods, including: Expert method, questionnaire survey method, and data processing and analysis method. The three tools applied by the author in the thesis are NPS, SPSS, and AMOS. Four theories were used for the research, including: Consumer behavior theory, push and pull theory, sustainable consumer behavior theory, and expectancy theory.
The thesis has built a research model, including six independent variables and one dependent variable. After checking the reliability of the scale, one variable was removed from the research model, and five variables were included in the EFA and CFA analysis. After running the SEM model and multivariate analysis, the following results were obtained: (1) There are three main factors affecting the choice of Central Highlands community tourism, including motivation to learn and experience culture, climate factors, and the need to visit; (2) In terms of impact level, motivation to learn and experience culture has the greatest impact, the next influence is climate factor, and finally the need to visit; (3) Demographic factors have different impacts on the choice of Central Highlands community tourism. Tourist groups with different genders, ages, and levels have no difference in choosing Central Highlands community tourism. While tourist groups with different incomes and occupations have significant differences in choosing community tourism in the Central Highlands.
Based on the above research results, the author has made recommendations on: Developing unique cultural experience tourism products, protecting the environment and responding to climate change, enhancing interesting sightseeing activities, promoting volunteer tourism activities, preserving culture, and effective promotional campaigns.

11. Summary of the new findings of the thesis
The study was conducted to identify factors involving the choice of community-based tourism in the Central Highlands, thereby providing research and management implications related to the identifying factors.
To serve the research, the author employs various (integrated) research methods including the expert survey, questionnaire survey, and data processing and analysis. The three tools applied by the author in the thesis are NPS, SPSS, and AMOS. Four theories are utilized in the research, including Consumer Behavior, Push and Pull, Sustainable Consumer Behavior, and Expectancy.
The thesis constructed a research model including six independent variables and one dependent variable. After checking the scale reliability, one variable was eliminated from the research model, while five variables were included in the EFA and CFA analysis. After running the SEM model and multivariate analysis, the following results were obtained: (1) Three main factors involving the choice of community-based tourism in the Central Highlands include the motivation of cultural learning and experiencing, climatic factors, and sightseeing demand; (2) Regarding the level of impact, the motivation of cultural learning and experiencing exerts the biggest influence, followed by climate factors and the sightseeing demand; (3) Demographic factors exhibit different impacts on the choice of community tourism in the Central Highlands. Tourist groups of different genders, ages, and qualifications show no differences in choosing community-based tourism in the Central Highlands. Meanwhile, tourist groups with different incomes and occupations demonstrate significant differences in choosing community-based tourism in the Central Highlands.
Based on the above research results, the author has made recommendations on: developing unique cultural experience tourism products; protect the environment and respond to climate change; enhancing tourism activities and exciting sightseeing activities; promoting volunteer tourism activities; cultural preservation; and effective promotional campaigns.

Research on the environmentally responsible behavior of tourists in the Central Highlands tourist destination.
