- Propose some solutions to rationalize the structure of the Vietnamese working class in the period of promoting industrialization and modernization of the country.

- Providing some valuable scientific arguments for reference in the process of building and planning policies related to the development of the working class and rationalizing the working class structure in the period of promoting industrialization and modernization of the country.

- The thesis can be used as reference material for research and teaching of contents related to the working class and the structure of the working class in Vietnam.
