- Systematizing documents related to Party building during the resistance war against French colonialism and the early period of restored peace.

- The dissertation systematically and comprehensively reconstructs the process by which the Viet Bac Inter-regional Party Committee carried out its Party building tasks from November 1949 to August 1956, contributing to a deeper understanding of the history of the Communist Party of Vietnam.

- The thesis objectively and scientifically assesses the advantages, points out the limitations, and presents some practical experiences from the implementation of Party building tasks in the Viet Bac Inter-region from November 1949 to August 1956, which can be applied to current Party building tasks.

- The research findings of this thesis contribute a small amount of additional data to the research and teaching of the history of the Communist Party of Vietnam.

11. Practical applicability: applicable in Party building work in the current period, contributing to building a cleaner and stronger Communist Party of Vietnam.

Systemizing the documents in relation to the building up of the Party during the period against French colonialism and early of restoration of peace.

The thesis reappears scientifically and fully the process of implementation of building up the Party at Viet Bac inter-regions from November 1949 to August 1956 contributes to deep understanding on Vietnam's Communist Party.

The thesis estimated subjectively, scientifically on pros and cons, inferring some of experiences from the reality of implementation for building up the Party at Viet Bac inter-regions from November 1949 to August 1956 applicable to mission of building up the Party currently.

The outcome of research in the thesis will contribute to development of research, training on history of Vietnam's Communist Party.

12. Practical applicability: the use of Party building the current period, contributes to building the Communist Party of Vietnam is increasingly strong and clean.

13. Further research directions:

- Researching in the regional section of each Party to perform the tasks North Vietnamese Party-building phase (1949 - 1956)

- Researching on the life and career of the Secretary, Deputy Secretary of Party of Viet Bac inter–regions, such as: Nguyen Khang, Nhi, Quy, Song Hao…

- Look at the mission of building up the Party in Northern of Vietnam in the current period.
