ButThis dissertation systematizes the viewpoints, guidelines, and policies of the Communist Party of Vietnam and the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee on agricultural economic development from 2004 to 2013.

- This thesis summarizes the results and limitations of the process of directing the implementation of policies and guidelines on agricultural economic development, thereby identifying the causes and providing assessments on determining the direction, solutions, and the process of organizing the implementation of agricultural economic development in Dak Lak province under the leadership of the Provincial Party Committee.

- The thesis draws some lessons learned regarding the leadership of the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee in developing agricultural economy after 10 years of the province's separation (2004 - 2013).

11. Practical applications:

- This dissertation can serve as a reference for research and teaching on the revolutionary line of the Communist Party of Vietnam in general; the line on agricultural economic development in particular; and for the planning and implementation of policies and guidelines for agricultural economic development of the Party and the State, especially the Party Committee and Government at all levels and agencies in Dak Lak province.

10. Summary of the new Findings of the thesis:

- The thesis systematizes points of view, guidelines and policies which had regulated by Vietnam Communist Party in general and by Dak Lak Provincial Party on agricultural economic development issue during the period of 2004 to 2013.

- Besides, the thesis generalizes both achievements and restraints during the deployment and implementation of guidelines and policies on agricultural economic development. Based on these findings, the thesis helps us to draw and evaluate on the direction, solution and implementation arrangement of agricultural economic development in Dak Lak province by the direction orientation of Dak Lak Provincial Communist Party.

- The thesis also withdraws some lessons about the Development of Agricultural Economic by the leadership and orientation of Dak Lak provincial party after 10 years of land separation.

11. Practical applicability:

- The findings of the thesis could become references for studying and training the Revolutionary ways of Vietnamese Communist Party subject in general and the Direction of Agricultural Economic Development subject in particular. As well as, the thesis could be guidelines for planning and implementing the policies on Agricultural Economic Development of the Communist Party and State of Vietnam, especially Provincial Party and central governments at all levels and agencies in Dak Lak Province.
