10. Summary of new results of the thesis:
(1) Based on the systematization of theoretical and practical studies on social relations with health and access to health care services, the thesis has added a new approach when studying basic social relations in the current public hospital environment. The thesis has shown that variables (social relations) have direct and indirect relationships to people's access to health care services at hospitals today.
(2) By combining quantitative and qualitative research methods, the thesis has identified the basic social relationships between providers and users of health care services in public hospitals today.
(3) The thesis has shown the relationship between the characteristics of the social relationship between service providers and service beneficiaries to satisfaction in accessing health care services in the current public hospital environment.
(4) The thesis has proposed a number of solutions and recommendations to promote the improvement of functional and non-functional relationships between the two groups of health care service providers and users, aiming to provide an increasingly complete health care service for people in the current public hospital environment.
11. Practical application:
1/ The Ministry of Health in general and public hospitals in particular can refer to the main findings of the thesis, thereby creating a basis for building more complete solutions in providing health care services to people at public hospitals today.
2/ As a reference and teaching material on Health/Medical Sociology at universities and other educational institutions.

10. Summary of new findings of the thesis:
(1) Based on the systematization of theoretical and practical studies on social relations in health and access to health care services nowadays, the thesis has added a new approach to the study of basic social relations in public hospitals today. It shows the variable (social relations) which has direct and indirect links to the access to health care service of people in hospitals today.
(2) By using the mixed method of quantitative and qualitative in Sociology, the thesis has identified the characteristics of social relationships between providers and beneficiaries of health care services in public hospitals today.
(3) The thesis also shows a correlation between the characteristics of the social relations between service providers and beneficiaries and the satisfaction in accessing health care services in public hospitals currently.
(4) The thesis has proposed some solutions and recommendations to improve the functional and non - functional relationship between the two groups, aiming at providing a better health careservice for people in public hospitals.
11. Practical applicability:
1/ The Ministry of Health and public hosts can use the main findings of this thesis as a basis to build more comprehensive solutions to improve health care services for people in public hospitals today.
2/ Serving as reference material and teaching material of the Sociology of Health and Illness in universities and other educational institutions.
