11. Summary of the thesis's new findings: In Vietnam, there has been no in-depth study of the role of the family in legal education for children. This thesis systematically studies the current state of the family's role in legal education for adolescents using a sociological approach, focusing on parental perceptions, educational content and methods; the level of children's acceptance of legal education; and factors influencing legal education for children. The research results affirm that, despite the rapid changes in society, the family continues to play a crucial role in the education and socialization of children. In the context of industrialization, modernization, and international economic integration in Vietnam today, the educational function of the family faces numerous difficulties and challenges, requiring coordination from social organizations, especially schools. Strengthening legal education for students in schools and closely coordinating legal education for children in families is crucial to the success of family education in the new era, meeting the demands of modern society.

11. Summary of the new findings of the thesis: In Vietnam, there is no in-depth empirical sociological study of the role of family in legal education for children. This thesis researches a scientific actual situation of the family role in legal education for adolescents according to sociological approach in terms of the of parental awareness, content and methods of education, the degree receiving of legal education children, the factors affecting legal education for children. The results of the thesis affirmed that despite the rapid changes of society, the family continues to play an important role in the function of education, socialization of children. In the context of industrialization - modernization, international economic integration in our country today, the educational function of family faces with many difficulties and challenges, requiring the coordination of social organization, especially of the school. The strengthening legal education for children in the school and closely collaborating legal education to children in family determines the success of family education in the new period, meeting the development requirements of modern society.

- To add source of references in the field of family sociology, clarify sociological theories about the role of the family in performing the function of human society, contribute to the completion of family research in Vietnam.
