This document summarizes and systematizes the views and policies of the Hai Phong City Party Committee on marine economic development from 1996 to 2010.
Reconstructing the process of leadership and guidance in the development of the marine economy by the Hai Phong City Party Committee from 1996 to 2010, including both strengths and weaknesses.
Drawing on historical experiences, this contributes to supplementing the theoretical and practical basis for promoting the development of Hai Phong's marine economy in the current period.
Practical applications:
This dissertation can be used as a reference document in research and teaching of the history of Hai Phong, the history of the Communist Party of Vietnam, and related issues.
