Research purpose
Research on marine cultural tourism products aims at development goals, therefore, the thesis focuses on clarifying the theoretical basis of factors affecting the development of marine cultural tourism products. Building a theoretical research framework and research model on the development of marine cultural tourism products in Binh Thuan province. Analyzing and clarifying the influencing factors and the level of influence of these factors on the development of marine cultural tourism products, thereby drawing conclusions and policy implications on the development of marine cultural tourism products in Binh Thuan province to contribute to promoting effective and sustainable development of Binh Thuan tourism.
Research methods
Within the scope of this thesis, research methods are used in each stage to meet each specific objective. The applied research methods include:

Main research results
To achieve the research objectives, the thesis sets out to solve three main research problems: identifying factors affecting the development of marine cultural tourism products in Binh Thuan province, assessing the level of influence of those factors on the development of marine cultural tourism products in Binh Thuan province, and proposing and recommending policy implications in the development of marine cultural tourism products in Binh Thuan province.
- On determining influencing factors
Through qualitative methods, the thesis has clearly identified 12 factors that can positively affect the development of marine cultural tourism products in Binh Thuan province, including: Trends of marine cultural tourism, Tourist demand, Marine cultural tourism resources in Binh Thuan province, Quality of tourism products and services, Pricing strategy, Marine cultural tourism brand, Location of tourist destinations, Tourism human resources, Marketing capacity, Capacity to cope with the impact of epidemics, Support resources and Role of local residents. These factors all have a positive impact on the development of marine cultural tourism products in Binh Thuan province in the direction of creating unique and highly competitive products.
- On the level of influence of factors
The above factors have different levels of influence on the development of marine cultural tourism products in Binh Thuan province, so to clearly see the role of those influencing factors, the thesis has conducted quantitative research to test their level of influence. The results of the research show that the level of positive influence and the level of priority in the development of marine cultural tourism products in Binh Thuan province are determined in descending order of the influencing factors as follows: Marine cultural tourism resources in Binh Thuan province, Quality of tourism products and services, Pricing strategy, Role of local residents, Location of tourist destinations, Trends of marine cultural tourism, Brand of marine cultural tourism, Support resources, Tourist demand, Tourism human resources, Marketing capacity, and Capacity to respond to the impact of the epidemic. These research results are important scientific bases to help plan appropriate policies and measures in organizing, managing and trading cultural tourism products of Binh Thuan province by state tourism management agencies, local authorities and tourism enterprises.
- On proposals, recommendations, policy implications
Based on the research results on the influencing factors and their different levels of influence, the thesis has proposed and recommended policies in developing marine cultural tourism products in Binh Thuan province, focusing on the following issues: Exploitation associated with protection of marine cultural tourism resources, improving the quality of tourism products and services, building appropriate pricing strategies, valuing the role of local residents in tourism, promoting the strengths of the location of tourist destinations with tourist supply points, optimally exploiting the trend of marine cultural tourism, building a unique and impressive marine cultural tourism brand, effectively exploiting support resources, attracting more tourist demand, further improving the capacity of tourism human resources, marketing capacity and the capacity to respond to the impact of risks and crises.

Binh Thuan is a typical sea tourism destination located in the southernmost part of the Central region, holding an important position in national sea tourism. The highlight of Binh Thuan tourism is sea tourism products, including sea cultural tourism. However, the research and development of sea cultural tourism products in Binh Thuan is still limited. Therefore, the thesis "Research on sea cultural tourism products in Binh Thuan province" was carried out to contribute to filling that research gap.
Developing cultural tourism products in Binh Thuan province is developing specific tourism products, contributing to increasing the ability to attract visitors and the competitiveness of this tourist destination according to the law of supply and demand. The competitiveness of cultural tourism products plays an important and decisive role in the development of cultural tourism products. 1) Regarding determining influencing factors
