- Conducting further investigation of the level of rich-poor polarization in Vietnam from different angles and identification of the cause of such polarization.

- Conducting further examination of the theory of the role of the Vietnamese State in mitigating the rich-poor gap and subsequently analyze and assess how the State is performing its role in mitigating such gap by adopting a multi-directional approach, because the State in Vietnam is not only about government with its legislature, executive and judicial branches but also about the entire political system of different levels, including the communist party, the government and mass organizations.

- Conducting further detailed research to find thecorrectanddirectsolutions to enhance the role of the State in reducing the rich-poor gap, thereby ensuring social equality and advancement. Such research will contribute to an improved role of the Vietnamese State in bridging the rich-poor gap as part of its efforts to realize soon the goal of making the people prosperous and the country powerful, democratic, just and cultured”.
