Chapter 1: Overview of specialized documents formed from the activities of the Radio Frequency Department: some basic concepts on the organization and management of specialized documents; introduction to the Radio Frequency Department and overview of specialized documents of the Radio Frequency Department.
In this chapter, the author has studied the general theoretical basis of the organization of specialized document management and introduced the Radio Frequency Department, and learned about the units involved in the process of building an archive of documents at the Radio Frequency Department. The author has also studied in depth the quality of archives such as the composition, content, and meaning of archives. This is considered an important premise for conducting research on the following contents.
Chapter 2: Current status of professional document management organization of the Radio Frequency Department.
Based on the survey of the Department's archives, the author has deeply researched the management regulations, requirements for managing professional documents, and assigned responsibilities for managing professional documents of the Radio Frequency Department, thereby evaluating the results achieved, as well as pointing out the shortcomings and limitations as a basis for the solutions of Chapter 3.
Chapter 3: Solutions to improve the efficiency of organizing and managing specialized archives at the Radio Frequency Department (Ministry of Information and Communications).
Based on the previously studied professional documents and the current status of professional document organization, the author proposed solutions to improve the effectiveness of professional document management at the Radio Frequency Department, including regulations on responsibilities and content of professional document management; developing a professional document management process and regulations on exploitation and use of professional documents at the Radio Frequency Department.
11. Practical application:
The research results have the potential for practical application because the thesis has proposed practical and feasible solutions in the field of organizing and managing specialized documents at the Radio Frequency Department (Ministry of Information and Communications).
