Since its inception, the Institute of Journalism and Communication has gathered a team of dedicated and enthusiastic lecturers and staff; many of whom are famous and prestigious scientists. The academic knowledge and professional experience of the early professors and doctors have laid a solid foundation for the existence and development of the Institute, helping it to grow rapidly and soon affirm its position. Continuing the tradition, the current teaching staff of the Institute of Journalism and Communication is mostly young, dynamic and enthusiastic with 100% of the lecturers having a master's degree or higher, of which 17% of the Institute's lecturers are associate professors, 95% of the lecturers have a PhD degree. Many staff have received professional training in Russia, England, Australia, Korea... and are prestigious experts in the academic and research community of journalism and communication in our country. The lecturers have many years of experience in journalism, have won journalism awards and directly work, advise and provide professional support to central and local press agencies. In addition to the staff, the department also has many part-time lecturers and guest lecturers who are experts in journalism, press management, and many prestigious and experienced journalists.
