From its early days, the Institute of Journalism and Communication Training has gathered a dedicated and enthusiastic team of faculty and lecturers; many of whom are renowned and respected scientists. The academic knowledge and professional experience of the early professors and doctors laid a solid foundation for the Institute's existence and development, helping it to quickly grow and establish its position. Continuing this tradition, the current faculty of the Institute of Journalism and Communication Training largely consists of young, dynamic, and enthusiastic staff, with 100% holding master's degrees or higher. Of these, 17% are associate professors, and 95% hold doctoral degrees. Many faculty members have received professional training in Russia, the UK, Australia, South Korea, and other countries, and are reputable experts in the field of journalism and communication research in Vietnam. The faculty members have many years of experience in journalism, have won journalism awards, and have directly worked, advised, and provided professional support to central and local press agencies. In addition to the permanent staff, the faculty also has many part-time and guest lecturers who are experts in journalism, media management, and many reputable and experienced journalists.
