[VOV2] This was the content discussed at the scientific conference "Innovating and improving the quality of teaching political theory courses in the context of the 4.0 industrial revolution" organized by the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Thai Binh University and the Research Group on Vietnamese Politics, Law and Religion ( thuộc University of Social Sciences and Humanities) on the morning of October 19, 2024.

A seminar on the topic "Conceptual framework, theoretical framework, approaches, methods and techniques for the research project 'Research, application and creative development of Ho Chi Minh's thought in the development of science and technology and innovation in the đổi mới (renovation) period'" was held on the afternoon of May 16th at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, with the participation of many scientists, lecturers, and students of the university.

Esoteric Buddhism has a history of thousands of years in Vietnam, leaving a deep mark on Buddhist culture; Vajrayana Buddhism, which was introduced to Vietnam only about 30 years ago, is having a multifaceted impact on social life and Buddhist practices in Vietnam, requiring an objective, scientific approach to "separating the wheat from the chaff."
