Collaborating with Salento University in areas of strength for VNU-USSH.

This morning, November 23, 2023, the Board of Directors of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU Hanoi, received and worked with representatives from Salento University, Italy.
During the meeting, Professor Hoang Anh Tuan, Rector of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, happily welcomed representatives from Salento University, emphasizing that the two universities will have many opportunities for cooperation in areas of common strength.
Professor Fabio Pollice - President of Salento University and his team shared their desire to collaborate with the University of Social Sciences and Humanities in developing joint undergraduate and postgraduate training programs in fields such as political science, data science, international relations, etc.
In addition, the two sides will implement joint research projects with funding from international organizations and programs, and open student and faculty exchange programs in training activities.
It is expected that the University of Social Sciences and Humanities and Salento University will discuss cooperation contents and sign a memorandum of understanding as soon as possible.
The University of Social Sciences and Humanities has experience in collaborative training with many universities around the world, such as the programMaster of Science in Media ManagementIn collaboration with Stirling University (UK), we have developed a 2+2 training program framework in Public Administration in partnership with Pondicherry University in India, along with many short-term training programs with other partners.

Representatives from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities and Salento University reached a high level of agreement on several areas of cooperation in training and research.
