Announcement of admissions for the 2020 international joint program “Master of Science in Media Management”

The training content follows the standard curriculum currently taught at the University of Stirling - the first and leading institution in the UK offering a Master of Media Management program - with adjustments to suit the practical development needs of the media industry in Vietnam.
All modules in the program are taught by leading professors and lecturers from the University of Stirling, with Vietnamese lecturers assisting in teaching. In addition, each module includes thematic current affairs reports by Vietnamese media experts or field trips to reputable media organizations.

Study time:18 months, classes held outside of regular working hours.
In:University of Social Sciences and Humanities, 336 Nguyen Trai Street, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi.

Degree: Graduates will be awarded a Master of Science in Media and Communications Management degree, presented by the University of Stirling.
Eligibility requirements
a. Have a university degree
b. IELTS certificate with a minimum score of 6.0 (with no skill below 5.5) or equivalent TOEFL IBT certificate.

Curriculum: In addition to the graduation thesis, the program consists of 6 modules.
Tuition fee: 11,000 USD (payable in 2 installments, estimated at 253,000,000 VND, subject to the exchange rate at the time of payment from the Foreign Trade Bank).

• University diploma and transcript (submit both copies: a certified copy in Vietnamese and a notarized English translation).
• An equivalent IELTS or TOEFL IBT English certificate that is still valid.
• Two 4x6 photos.
• Copy of ID card or passport.
• Application fee: 300,000 VND.

Application submission period and tentative start date:

Starting in 2017, the program adopted a credit-based admissions model. Accordingly, students can begin the course immediately after submitting their complete application.
