Tuesday, July 5th University entrance exam for Group A subjects - 6:30 PM: The Principal attends Venezuela's National Day celebration (Grand Plaza Hanoi Hotel, 177 Tran Duy Hung). - Vice Principal V.D. Nghieu is on business trip until the end of the week.
Wednesday, July 6th - The Board of Directors attends the groundbreaking ceremony for Thanh Dong University (Hai Duong). - 11:00 AM: The Rector receives guests from the United States. The International Cooperation and Training Department prepares. - 2:00 PM: Vice Rector NK Son convenes the Master's Thesis Examination Council meeting (Faculty of Literature Office).
Thursday, July 7th - 8:00 AM: The Board of Directors holds a meeting of the Standing Committee of the School's Science and Training Council (Room 506, Building E). The Research Management Department will prepare. - 2:00 PM: Vice Rector NK Son will chair the Acceptance Council meeting to evaluate the PR Bachelor's degree training program (Room 506, Building E). The Training Department will prepare.
Friday, July 8th - The Board of Directors directs the university entrance exam for Group C until July 10th - 8:30 AM: Vice Rector NK Son, Vice Rector NV Kim hold a meeting to implement the Strategic Task Training Project (Room 506, Building E). Representatives from the Personnel and Organization Department, Training Department, Postgraduate Training Department, and Research Management Department are invited to attend. The Postgraduate Training Department will prepare. - 3:00 PM: Vice Rector NK Son convenes the University Curriculum Review Council meeting (Office of the Faculty of Oriental Studies).
