Monday, May 9th - The Principal is on business until May 12th. - 8:00 AM: Vice Principal NK Son meets with constituents (Thanh Tri District Party Committee). - 8:30 AM: Vice Principal V.D. Nghieu meets with representatives from various departments to discuss the 2012 budget plan (Room 506, Building E). The Planning and Finance Department will prepare. - Associate Professor NK Son is studying politics at the National Academy of Politics and Public Administration until May 10th.
Tuesday, May 10th - 8:00 AM: Vice President Kim attends the seminar on Ho Chi Minh and the Vietnamese revolutionary path (Ho Chi Minh Museum, 19 Ngoc Ha). - 2:00 PM: Vice President Kim will chair the meeting of the Organizing Committee for the Conference on the Reception of Literature and Art in Vietnam during the Integration Period (Room 701, Building E). The Research Management Department will prepare.
Wednesday, May 11th - 8:00 AM: Vice Rector NK Son reviews the plan for organizing the Party Branch Congress of the Faculty of Oriental Studies (Room 501, Building E). The Party Committee of the Faculty of Oriental Studies is invited to attend. The Party Committee Office will prepare. - 2:00 PM: Vice Rector NK Son works with representatives of VietCare Group (Room 505, Building E). The Training Department prepares. - 3:00 PM: Vice Rector NV Kim teaches a class (Room 302, Building BC).
Thursday, May 12th - 7:00 AM: Vice Rector Kim will teach a class (Room 407, Building G). - 9:30 AM: Vice Rector NK Son will receive the delegation from Guangxi University of Economics and Finance (Room 506, Building E). Representatives from the Faculty of Linguistics are invited to attend. The International Cooperation and Training Department will prepare. - 2:00 PM: Vice Rector V.D. Nghieu will teach a class (Room 402, connecting building BC). - 2:00 PM: Vice Rector NK Son will hold a meeting to review the graduation exam requirements for the part-time Philosophy program at the school (Room 501, building E). The Training Department will prepare. - 3:00 PM: Vice Rector NK Son will hold a meeting to review the admission cutoff scores for the bridging program in Theoretical and Administrative Management at the school (Room 501, building E). The Training Department will prepare.
Friday, May 13th - 7:00 AM: Associate Professor NK Son teaches a class (Room 106, Building B). - 8:30 AM: Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dang Xuan Khang attends the Party Branch Congress of the Faculty of Oriental Studies (Faculty of Oriental Studies Office). - 9:00 AM: Associate Professor V.D. Nghieu teaches a class (Room 403, Connecting Building BC). - 9:00 AM: Associate Professor NV Kim teaches a class (Room 108, Building C). - 10:00 AM: The Rector receives the Ambassador of New Zealand (Room 505, Building E). The International Cooperation and Training Department will prepare. - 2:00 PM: Vice-Rector NK Son and Vice-Rector V.D. Nghieu hold a meeting of the Party Committee's Organizing Committee (Room 501, Building E). The Party Committee Office will prepare. - 2:30 PM: Meeting of the Party Committee Standing Committee (Room 501, Building E). The Party Committee Office will prepare.
Saturday, May 14th - 8:00 AM: The Board of Directors attends the 2011 Young Staff Conference (Auditorium on the 8th floor of building E). The Personnel Department will prepare.

Note:
  • This calendar serves as an invitation.
  • May 14-15: Health check-ups for all faculty and staff (Construction Hospital, Nguyen Quy Duc Street, Thanh Xuan District). The Student Affairs Office will handle the preparations.
  • While the Party Secretary - Principal is away on business, the Deputy Party Secretary - Vice Principal NK Son handles the Party Secretary's duties, and Vice Principal V.D. Nghieu handles the Principal's duties.
