- 10:30: The Board of Directors meets with the officers of the Headquarters who are veterans on the occasion of the 65th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army (Meeting room on the 4th floor of Building H). Invite Associate Professor, Dr. Pham Gia Lam, Associate Professor, Dr. Lam Ba Nam, Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Hoi Loan, and comrade Vu Thanh Tung to attend. The Executive Committees of the Trade Unions I, II, and III of the Headquarters prepare.
