Monday, February 14th - 9:00 AM: Vice Rector NK Son works with the Research Management Department on preparing the project proposal (Room 501, Building E). The Research Management Department will prepare. - 2:00 PM: The Rector meets with the Party Committee, the Dean's Board, and the Chairman of the Trade Union of the Faculty of Journalism and Communication regarding the plan for nominating and appointing the new Dean (Faculty of Journalism and Communication Office). The Head of the Personnel Department is invited to attend. - 2:00 PM: Vice Rector V.D. Nghieu reviews doctoral research proposals (Faculty of Linguistics Office). - 2:00 PM: Vice Rector NV Kim attends the meeting of the Organizing Committee for the Ho Chi Minh and the Vietnamese Revolutionary Path Conference (Vietnam Revolutionary Museum). The Research Management Department will prepare.
Tuesday, February 15th - 8:30 AM: The Principal and Vice Principal V.D. Nghieu will hold a meeting on information technology development at the school (Room 506, Building E). Representatives from the Administration, Training, Postgraduate Training, Research Management, Journalism and Communication Center, Mr. Dao Minh Quan, and Mr. Nguyen Danh Quang are invited to attend. The Administration will prepare. - 2:00 PM: Vice Rector NK Son will hold a meeting of the Self-Assessment Council for the Archival Studies and Office Management training program (Room 506, Building E). Council members are invited to attend. The Center for Educational Quality Assurance will prepare. - 6:30 PM: The Rector will attend Iran's National Day celebration (Melia Hotel, 44 Ly Thuong Kiet Street).
Wednesday, February 16th - 8:30 AM: Vice Rector NK Son will work with the Dean's Office of the Faculty of Archival Studies and Office Management on undergraduate training (Faculty Office of Archival Studies and Office Management Office). Leaders of the Training Department are invited to attend. - 3:00 PM: Ms. Kim will be teaching (Room 408, Building G).
Thursday, February 17th - 7:00 AM: Associate Professor Kim teaches a class (Room 407, Building G). - 8:30 AM: Associate Professor Kim holds a meeting on the preparation for the Conference on Vietnamese History in the Context of Integration and Globalization: Theoretical and Methodological Issues (Room 506, Building E). Members of the Organizing Committee are invited to attend. The Research Management Department and Associate Professor Dr. Vu Van Quan are in charge of preparation. - 2:00 PM: Vice Rector NK Son attends the Conference to introduce and appoint the Dean of the Faculty of Journalism and Communication for the term 2011-2016 (Faculty of Journalism and Communication Office). The Head of the Personnel Department is invited to attend. - 2:00 PM: Vice Rector V.D. Nghieu teaches a class (Room 402, Journalism and Communication Building).
Friday, February 18th - 7:00 AM: Vice Rector NK Son will teach a class (Room 106, Building C). - 9:00 AM: Vice Rector V.D. Nghieu will teach a class (Room 403, Building BC). - 9:00 AM: Vice Rector NV Kim will teach a class (Room 202, Building G). - 9:30 AM: The Rector will receive guests from Sweden (Room 505, Building E). Representatives from the Political Science Department and Mr. Pham Quoc Thanh are invited to attend. The International Cooperation and Training Department will prepare. - 2:00 PM: The Rector attends the Standing Committee meeting of the Party Committee of VNU. - 2:00 PM: Vice Rector NK Son attends the Steering Committee meeting on Strategic Tasks (Room 203, Administration Building, VNU). Heads of Training and Postgraduate Training Departments; representatives from the Faculty of Linguistics and the Faculty of History are invited to attend.
Saturday, February 19th - Deputy Head of Department Kim is on business trip until February 24th.
Sunday, February 20th - 2:00 PM: Associate Professor V.D. Nghiệu will defend his doctoral thesis in History (Room 701, Building E). The Postgraduate Training Department will prepare.
