Monday, January 17th - 7:00 AM: Vice Principal NK Son is away on business until January 18th. - 8:00 AM: The Principal will hold a meeting regarding the evaluation of employees receiving additional income (Room 506, Building E). The Personnel Department will prepare. - 2:00 PM: The Rector will be attending a meeting at the Ministry of Education and Training (49 Dai Co Viet Street). Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Hieu is invited to attend.
Tuesday, January 18th - 8:30 AM: The Principal receives guests from the United States (Room 505, Building E). Mr. Tran Hinh is invited to attend. The International Cooperation and Training Department will prepare. - 6:30 PM: The Principal attends a reception hosted by the Chinese Embassy to commemorate the 61st anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Vietnam (Daewoo Hotel, 360 Kim Ma Street).
Wednesday, January 19th - 9:00 AM: The Rector receives representatives from the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Room 506, Building E). Invited delegates are invited to attend. The International Cooperation and Training Department and Dr. Trinh Van Tung will prepare. - 9:00 AM: Vice Rector NK Son will review the study guide materials for the History major (Room 701, Building E). The Training Department will prepare. - 2:00 PM: The Board of Directors attends the Conference of Part-time Lecturers (Auditorium on the 8th floor of Building E). Representatives from the leadership of departments and faculties/departments are invited to attend. The Personnel and Training Department will prepare. - 2:00 PM: Vice Rector V.D. Nghieu attends the expanded meeting of the University's Trade Union Executive Committee (Room 506, Building E). The Trade Union Office will prepare. - 4:00 PM: Vice Rector V.D. Nghieu attends the Standing Committee meeting of the Trade Union of the 5 University Blocks (Room 506, Building E). The Trade Union Office will prepare.
Thursday, January 20th - 8:00 AM: Associate Professor NK Son attends the Credit-Based Training Conference of VNU (Auditorium on the 8th floor of building E). Attendees include: Representatives from the leadership of departments, the Deans of faculties/departments, the Museum of Anthropology, and the Center for Educational Quality Assurance; Undergraduate training assistants from faculties/departments; and all staff from the Training Department, Student Affairs Department, and the Center for Educational Quality Assurance. The Training Department will prepare. - 2:00 PM: The Standing Committee of the Party Committee and the Board of Directors will work with the survey team from the Party Committee of Vietnam National University, Hanoi (Room 506, Building E). The Chairman of the Trade Union and the Secretary of the Youth Union are invited to attend. The Party Committee Office will prepare.
Friday, January 21st - 8:30 AM: The Party Committee, the Chairman of the Trade Union, the Secretary of the Youth Union, the President of the Student Association, and the Secretaries of the Party branches attend the Conference on Party Work of Hanoi National University (Hall 10/12). - 2:00 PM: Vice Rector NK Son attends the graduation ceremony for students of the part-time Tourism program (Meeting room on the 5th floor of building H). The Training Department will prepare. - 3:00 PM: Meeting of the Board of Directors.
Saturday, January 22nd - 8:00 AM: The Board of Directors holds a meeting of the School's Science and Training Council (Meeting room on the 5th floor of building H - all day). The Research Management Department will prepare.
