- 10:00 AM: Vice President NK Son will hold a meeting to prepare for the activities commemorating the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (Room 503, Building E). The Chairman of the Trade Union, the Secretary of the Youth Union, and the President of the Student Association are invited to attend. The Student Affairs Department will handle the preparations. - 2:00 PM: The Standing Committee of the Party Committee and the Board of Directors will attend the Conference of Key Officials of VNU (Room 901, Administration Building, VNU). The Chairman of the Trade Union, the Secretary of the Youth Union, and the President of the Student Association are invited to attend.

19/01
- 8:00 AM: Vice Rector NK Son attends the closing ceremony and awards diplomas to students of the part-time/evening program in Journalism and Communication in Ha Nam. The Training Department will prepare.

- 9:00 AM: Vice President Kim receives Professor Martabdel Rio, Department of Sociology, University of Buenos Aires, Argentina (Room 505, Building E). Representatives from the Department of Sociology are invited to attend. The International Cooperation and Training Department will prepare.
- 2:00 PM: Vice Rector NK Son will hold a meeting to review and approve the curriculum for the Vietnamese Studies program (Room 503, Building E). The Training Department will prepare.
Wednesday
20/01
- 8:00 AM: Vice President Kim will inspect the progress of key research projects in 2009 (Room 701, Building E). Representatives from the Science and Technology Department are invited to attend. The Research Management Department will prepare.

- 9:00 AM: Vice Rector NK Son attends the graduation ceremony and awards diplomas to students of the part-time Information Technology and Television program (Meeting room on the 4th floor of building H). The Training Department will prepare.
- 1:30 PM: Vice President Kim will inspect the progress of the special research project for 2009 (Room 701, Building E). Representatives from the Science and Technology Department are invited to attend. The Research Management Department will prepare.

- 2:00 PM: The Rector will meet with representatives from the Personnel and Organization Department, Training Department, Postgraduate Department, and Research Management Department to discuss the staffing plan for 2010 (Room 506, Building E). The Personnel and Organization Department will prepare.
Thursday
21/01
- 8:30 AM: Vice President Kim attends the scientific seminar "The Influence of Western European and North American Culture on Countries Around the World" under Program KX.03 (Room 701, Building E). The Research Management Department will prepare.

- 9:30 AM: The Rector receives French guests (Room 505, Building E). Representatives from the History Faculty are invited to attend. The International Cooperation and Training Department will prepare.

- PHTr. NK Sơn is in charge of supervising the graduation exam for the part-time program in Information Technology and Office Administration in Kon Tum. The Training Department is preparing.
- 2:00 PM: Vice President V.D. Nghieu will hold a meeting on the implementation of investment projects (Room 506, Building E). The Administration and Management Department will prepare.

- 9:00 AM: The Principal presents retirement certificates to staff retiring (Room 506, Building E). The Personnel Department will prepare.

23/01
- 8:00 AM: The Board of Directors holds a meeting of the School's Scientific and Training Council (Room 506, Building E – all day).
