10,000 students of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities are looking for a "leader"?

Towards the 90th anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26, 1931 - March 26, 2021) and the 25th anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Vietnam National University, Hanoi (March 16, 1996 - March 16, 2021), the Standing Committee - Secretariat of the Youth Union - Student Association of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU) organized the "Humanitarian Leader" Contest to search for a generation of potential Youth Union - Association cadres as well as create a playground for Youth Union - Association cadres to exchange, learn and share experiences.

For the first time, Humanities seeks a leader

The "Humanitarian Leader" contest is organized by the Youth Union - Student Association of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi to search for talented and promising leaders. The contest consists of 3 rounds (preliminary, semi-final, final) taking place from February 22, 2021 - April 7, 2021 for students who are Youth Union - Association officials in the entire University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi; members of the Executive Board/Team Leadership Board of Clubs/Groups/Teams/Groups under the Youth Union - Student Association of the School, Inter-branch Youth Union - Inter-branch Youth Union... Youth Union officials of the High School for Gifted Students in Social Sciences and Humanities.

The race of the leaders...

After the Preliminary round in just 3 days (from March 22, 2021 to March 24, 2021), the contest attracted more than 200 online registrations from the best Youth Union - Association officials from the High School for Social Sciences and Humanities and the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU.

Combining knowledge and practice, will the leaders overcome?

The top 12 contestants participating in the final round of “Humanitarian Leader” will be selected through two rounds: “Professional Knowledge” and “Community Project”. This round requires contestants to demonstrate their knowledge, basic soft skills (communication, listening, trust, problem solving), leadership skills, critical thinking, etc.

The "Professional Knowledge" competition has ended and has achieved impressive numbers showing that the leaders are competing fiercely to win tickets to the final night.

Currently, the Community Project competition of the "Humanitarian Leader" contest: "I AM FOR THE COMMUNITY - YOU TOO" is taking place with 150 leaders divided into 16 teams. They are completing their projects to prepare for the final round on March 28, 2021.
