This issue was discussed at a scientific and practical workshop organized by the Institute of Policy and Management, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU in collaboration with VNFund, MCG Company, Vietnam Women's Newspaper and businesses on the afternoon of March 27, 2025, attracting the participation of scientists from universities, research institutes, and managers from many businesses.
