(National Assembly) On the morning of August 16, in Hanoi, the State Committee for Overseas Vietnamese Affairs and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs held the opening ceremony of the 2023 Vietnamese Language Teaching Training Course for Overseas Vietnamese Teachers. The training course was organized in response to the increasing demand for learning Vietnamese among the overseas Vietnamese community. This year, more than 60 Vietnamese teachers from 17 countries and territories attended.
