Amidst the vibrant and joyful atmosphere of new students on their first day of university, a reporter from ussh.edu.vn had a quick interview with the top scorers of the 2010 university entrance exam. With radiant faces, the top scorers enthusiastically shared their joy on their first day of university and their plans for the upcoming academic year.

Having studied away from home since the 6th grade and understanding her father's hardships, Pham Thi Bich Ngoc, from the specialized Literature class at Hung Vuong High School (Viet Tri City, Phu Tho Province), excelled and became one of the two valedictorians of Block C at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities with a score of 26.5 (Literature: 8.0; History: 9.0 and Geography: 9.25).
