Sharing experiences and job opportunities in the culinary industry in Vietnam

In order to create conditions for students majoring in Hotel Management and students wishing to work in hotels/restaurants to learn, gain practical work experience, and access job and internship opportunities in the restaurant chain, the Faculty of Tourism in collaboration with EVIVA company and My Tuong Vien restaurant organized the program "Sharing experiences and job opportunities in the culinary industry in Vietnam".

  • Time: 13:00 - 15:30, January 24, 2018.
  • Location: Room G102, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, 336 Nguyen Trai, Thanh Xuan, Hanoi.
  • Detailed program:

- 13:00-13:05: Overview of the program (Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Dung, Deputy Head of Tourism Studies Department)

- 13:05-13:15: Introducing speakers (each speaker has 5 minutes to introduce their personal experience).

- 13:15-13:30: Ms. Nguyen Thuy Duong (Deputy Director of EVIVA) introduces Eviva company.

- 13:30 - 13:50: Mr. Hoang Dan tells the story and real-life experiences.

- 13:50 - 14:00: Introducing restaurants and internship opportunities + part-time and full-time work at restaurants.

- 14:00 - 15:15: Q&A related to F&B, travel and information on internships and jobs after graduation.

- 15:15-15:30: Summary.
