1.Propose a number of publications that have been published in Vietnamese, have high scientific significance and value, and are likely to attract the interest of foreign scholars so that they can be translated and cooperated with foreign publishers to publish and distribute;
2.Propose some publication titles that can be written directly in English: can come from the system of ongoing scientific research topics, product orientation of research groups, scientific seminars, research orientation and strengths of scientists of the unit (note the ability to complete the manuscript in time);
3.Propose a number of research works expected to be published in international journals (priority is given to articles expected to be submitted to journals in the ISI/Scopus list) and need foreign language assistance to find suitable journals for publication;
4.Guide scientists to build Google Scholars profiles, to standardize the measurement and scientific quantification of scientists' research results every year (an indicator to aim for building a research university, please see athttp://research.ussh.edu.vn/tao-ho-ca-nhan-tren-google-scholar/).
