Proposing works for potential international publication in the period 2016-2017

Monday - May 23, 2016 10:10 AM
In line with the university's policy of building and developing itself as a research university and promoting international publications in prestigious journals and publishers worldwide, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities is focusing on developing several sustainable and groundbreaking solutions in this area. During the 2016-2017 period, the University plans to collaborate with Springer Publishing House to select a number of exemplary research works for publication. To implement this, the University's Board of Directors requests that the relevant units carry out the following tasks:

1.Suggest several publications already published in Vietnamese that have high scientific significance and value, as well as the potential to attract the interest of foreign scholars, so that they can be translated and published in collaboration with foreign publishers.

2.Suggest some publication titles that can be written directly in English: these could stem from the system of ongoing scientific research topics, product orientations of research groups, scientific conferences, and the research orientations and strengths of the unit's scientists (note the time available to complete the draft);

3.Propose several research papers that are expected to be published in international journals (prioritizing papers intended for submission to journals listed in the ISI/Scopus database) and require assistance with foreign languages to find suitable journals for publication;

4.This guide helps scientists build Google Scholars profiles to standardize the measurement and quantification of scientific research results annually (an indicator towards building a research university; please see here).http://research.ussh.edu.vn/tao-ho-ca-nhan-tren-google-scholar/.

For international publication proposals, units should submit their list to the Scientific Research Management Department before the deadline.31/5/2016 (in writing and via email)mrhaidoan1204@gmail.com) so that the School can compile, select, and plan collaborative publishing projects for the 2016-2017 period.
