Foreign language certificate exam for tourism in Hanoi (July 9, 2016)

1.Contestants:

• Tour guides need to renew their international tour guide cards
• University students wishing to become international tour guides
• Other subjects in need

2.Foreign languages:English, French, Russian, German, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Thai, Spanish, Italian, Khmer, Indonesian…

3.Expected exam date:July 9, 2016 (Exam registration deadline: June 28, 2016)

4.Exam registration form:

        a. 01 4x6 photo (write full name and year of birth on the back of the photo)

b. Application form (according to attached form)

c. Photocopy of birth certificate and ID card (no notarization required)

5.Test form

         a. Comprehensive essay (reading, writing, listening skills): 90 minutes.

b. Presentation by topic: 07-10 minutes.

6.  Exam fee:

a) Exam fees for one language:

• 02 candidates: 2,000,000 VND
• From 3 candidates or more: 1,550,000 VND

b) Re-examination fee:

• Retake 1 skill: 50% of exam fee.
• Retake 2 skills: 70% of exam fee.

7. Review tuition:

+ Tuition: 1,000,000 VND/student (One million VND)

+ Duration: 04 sessions (2.5 hours/session)

8. Exam organization conditions:Number of candidates from 30 people or more
