Implementing Government Decree 81, which regulates the mechanism for collecting and managing tuition fees for educational institutions within the national education system, and policies on tuition fee exemption and reduction, support for learning costs; service prices in the field of education and training; and accompanying and supporting students during their studies at the school.

The University of Social Sciences and Humanities has issued Decision No. 2395/XHNV-CT&CTHSSV to provide guidance on the application process for tuition fee exemption and reduction for the first semester of the 2022-2023 academic year, specifically as follows:

1. Eligibility, benefits, and required documents.

1.1 Tuition Fee Exemption Program

2. Implementation process

+ Target audience:

  • Students eligible for policy-based tuition fee exemptions in the QH-2019-X, QH-2020-X, and QH-2021-X cohorts for the 2021-2022 academic year do not need to resubmit tuition fee exemption applications.
  • Students eligible for policy-based tuition fee exemptions in the QH-2019-X, QH-2020-X, and QH-2021-X cohorts who are applying for tuition fee exemptions for the first time under the aforementioned priority groups should submit their applications according to these instructions.
  • Students eligible for preferential policies in the QH-2022-X cohort should submit their applications according to these instructions, within the deadline specified in their admission letter.

Students can submit their policy applications at:

- Application deadline:From 8:30 AM on September 19, 2022 to 5:00 PM on September 23, 2022.

3. Note: Students who do not submit their applications by the deadline will not be eligible to claim benefits and entitlements.
