Ceremony to honor outstanding young faces at grassroots level in 2016

The school announced the organization of the "Ceremony to honor outstanding young faces at the grassroots level" in 2016 and requested the Heads of units to implement the following contents:

1.Event time:15:00 December 13, 2016 (Tuesday).

2.Location:Hall 8th floor, building E.

3.Participants

- Heads of units.

- 159 individuals were recognized as "Outstanding Young Faces at the grassroots level" in 2016 (according to Decision No. 3880/QD-XHNV dated November 22, 2016 of the Principal).

4.Request

4.1. For the "Outstanding Young Faces at the grassroots level": 143 Outstanding Young Faces at the grassroots level must be present at 2:00 p.m. on the same day, sit in the correct position arranged by the Organizing Committee, and wear the correct uniform:

- Young faces are students and postgraduates: Men wear white shirts and dark pants; Women wear traditional ao dai and wear badges according to regulations.

- Young faces are young cadres: Wear polite clothes and wear cadre cards according to regulations.

4.2. For the "Outstanding Young Faces of Hanoi National University": 16 Outstanding Young Faces of Hanoi National University must attend at 2:00 p.m. on the same day, sit in the correct position arranged by the Organizing Committee, wear formal attire and wear staff/student cards as prescribed.
