Ceremony to honor outstanding young people at the grassroots level in 2016

The school announces the organization of the "Ceremony to Honor Outstanding Young People at the Grassroots Level" in 2016 and requests that heads of units implement the following:

1.Date and time:3:00 PM on December 13, 2016 (Tuesday).

2.Location:Auditorium on the 8th floor of building E.

3.Participants

- Heads of units.

- 159 individuals were recognized as "Outstanding Young People at the Grassroots Level" in 2016 (according to Decision No. 3880/QD-XHNV dated November 22, 2016, of the Principal).

4.Request

4.1. For the "Outstanding Young People at the Grassroots Level": 143 outstanding young people at the grassroots level must be present at 2:00 PM on the same day, seated in the positions arranged by the Organizing Committee, and wearing the prescribed attire:

- Young faces, students and researchers: Males wear white shirts and dark trousers; Females wear traditional ao dai and ID badges as required.

- Young-looking staff members: Dress appropriately and wear their staff ID badges as required.

4.2. For the "Outstanding Young Faces of Hanoi National University": 16 outstanding young faces of Hanoi National University should attend at 2:00 PM on the same day, sit in the assigned seats, wear appropriate attire, and wear their staff/student ID cards as required.
