Location:Auditorium, 8th floor, building E, University of Social Sciences and Humanities - 336 Nguyen Trai, Thanh Xuan, Hanoi

Note:

- All graduate students are requested to arrive on time. Latecomers will not be able to complete the procedures of signing for the diploma, changing into formal attire and receiving the diploma on stage.

- When receiving the diploma, students must bring an identification card with a photo attached. In case they cannot come to receive the diploma, the person who comes to receive the diploma on their behalf must bring a notarized authorization document with a notarized copy of the ID card of the authorizing person and the authorized person.
