Announcement of enrollment for the 2019 Advanced Knowledge Remedial Course for Graduate Entrance Examination Candidates in History.

Based on the Regulations on Master's Training at Vietnam National University, Hanoi, issued under Decision No. 4668/QD-ĐHQGHN dated December 10, 2014, by the Director of Vietnam National University, Hanoi, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities is recruiting students for a supplementary knowledge course for candidates taking the master's entrance exam in the following fields.HistoryIn 2019, there were 6 majors: Archaeology (code 60 22 03 17), History of the Communist Party of Vietnam (code 60 22 03 15), Historiography and Historical Sources (code 60 22 03 16), World History (code 60 22 03 11), History of Vietnamese Culture (code QHX.M-01), and History of Vietnam (code 60 22 03 13).

1. Subject

Those with a regular university degree in Philosophy, Oriental Studies, International Studies, Vietnamese Studies, Political Science, Archival Studies, Anthropology, and other fields with content and study durations that differ from History by 10 to 40%.

3. Training duration: Phase 1 is scheduled to start from March 15, 2019.

Phase 2 is scheduled to start from June 4, 2019.

4. Certificates

Students who complete the program will be awarded a Certificate of Advanced Knowledge to take the postgraduate entrance exam in one of the following specialties: Archaeology, History of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Historiography and Historical Sources, World History, Vietnamese Cultural History, or Vietnamese History.

5. Application documents and tuition fees

5.1. Application documents

- One notarized photocopy of your university diploma

- One notarized photocopy of your university transcript

- Application form for attending supplementary education classes

5.2. Tuition Fees

Tuition fees will be determined based on the number of students in the class.

6. Time and location for receiving applications

6.1. TimeOffice hours: Monday to Friday

                                             Phase 1 ends on March 12, 2019

Phase 2 ends on June 1st, 2019
