Information Technology Training and Application Center issues TOCFL certificates for the December 2008 exam.

Candidates who took the TOCFL certificate exam in December 2018 at the Center are invited to come to the Center Office to get the Certificate.

- Certificate issuance time:January 16, 2019 – January 30, 2019 (morning from 8:30-11:00, afternoon from 14:00-16:30 from Monday to Friday).

- Location to receive Certificate:

Office of Information Technology Training and Application Center, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU

Room 202, BC building, 336 Nguyen Trai, Thanh Xuan, Hanoi.

When receiving the Certificate, candidates please bring their ID card/passport for the Center to verify.

The Center currently does not have a delivery service for candidates who live far away, so if the candidate cannot come to the Center Office to pick up the certificate directly, they can ask a relative to pick it up for them. In this case, the person picking up the certificate must bring the candidate’s ID card/passport and must declare the candidate’s exam level information; and present their ID card (or other photo identification).

After the above deadline for issuing the Certificate, the Center will not be responsible for any problems related to the loss, misplacement or damage of the Certificate. Therefore, we hope that candidates will come to pick it up according to the time announced above.

Units that want to obtain certificates for 05 or more candidates, please send your notice and candidate list 01 working day in advance via the Center's mailbox. The Center will prepare and schedule a time to receive the certificates.

For candidates whose information on the Certificate such as date of birth or full name is incorrect, they can request a reissue of the Certificate (fee applies). In these cases, candidates are requested to send to the Center's mailbox:caitt@ussh.edu.vnto the Center for specific instructions on how to resolve the issue.
