The Center for Information Technology Training and Application issued TOCFL certificates for the December 2008 exam.

Candidates who took the TOCFL exam in December 2018 at the Center are invited to come to the Center's office to collect their certificates.

- Certificate issuance time:January 16, 2019 – January 30, 2019 (8:30 AM - 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday).

- Location for receiving the Certificate:

Office of the Center for Information Technology Training and Application, Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi

Room 202, Building BC, 336 Nguyen Trai Street, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi.

When collecting your certificate, please bring your ID card/passport for verification by the Center.

The center currently does not offer delivery services for candidates who live far away. Therefore, if a candidate cannot come to the center's office to pick up their certificate in person, they can ask a relative to pick it up on their behalf. In this case, the person picking up the certificate must bring the candidate's ID card/passport and declare the candidate's exam level information; and present their own ID card (or other photo identification).

After the aforementioned certificate issuance deadline, the Center will not be responsible for any issues related to the loss, misplacement, or damage of the certificates. Therefore, we kindly request that candidates come to collect their certificates within the time frame announced above.

Organizations wishing to obtain certificates for 5 or more candidates are requested to send their notification and list of candidates at least one working day in advance via the Center's email address. The Center will make preparations and schedule a time for certificate collection.

For candidates whose information on their Certificate, such as date of birth or full name, is incorrect, they can request a replacement certificate (a fee applies).
