In recent decades, the trends of globalization and international integration have undergone profound changes, impacting many aspects of social life. The shift in power from West to East and the strategic adjustments of major powers have created both opportunities and challenges for many Eastern nations. The world is witnessing a stronger shift in trade towards Eastern countries and a trend towards strengthening intra-regional economic relations. Therefore, it can be affirmed that the East, or Asian countries, can be proud of their transformation, becoming a region of peace and a driving force for global economic growth and integration. The 21st century is even considered the "century of the Asia-Pacific."
