- Focus on developing scientific products to serve policy and institutional consulting for the Party and Government, ministries, departments, and localities.
- Prioritize the building and development of strong research groups and key research centers.
The proposed tasks can refer to the Vietnam National University, Hanoi's Priority Research Orientation until 2025 and the List of Key Science and Technology Product Lines of Vietnam National University, Hanoi until 2025.
2. Proposal Process
Scientists can access the VNU-level science and technology task management software system at the following address:

The deadline for submitting proposals is May 11, 2023, and one hard copy of the proposal must be submitted (according to regulations).
