On October 28, 2025, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU in collaboration with Meta Group, Vietnam Association for Science and Technology Information and One World Magazine will organize the Workshop "Developing Artificial Intelligence Capacity for Learners" at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities. The event will take place both in-person and online, bringing together experts, managers, lecturers, students, and representatives of domestic and foreign technology enterprises.
In the context of Artificial Intelligence (AI) becoming a strategic driving force of global education, the Workshop aims to promote the development of AI capacity for learners at all levels, from cognition to application, ensuring the application of AI in education in a comprehensive, responsible, creative and highly adaptive manner.
The workshop includes two main working sessions:
Session 1 - Presentation report:Focus on analyzing the AI context, the current status of learners' AI application capacity and proposing an AI capacity framework in the national education system, clarifying the role of education in forming understanding, skills and correct attitudes towards AI, as well as the importance of integrating this technology into training programs.
Session 2 - Roundtable Discussion: Aiming to exchange solutions, policies and effective implementation models to develop AI capacity for learners, from primary to university education, and discuss ethics, safety and sustainability in AI applications in education.
The conference is not only an academic forum but also a space connecting education and technology, opening up opportunities for cooperation in research, training and knowledge transfer between schools, businesses, management agencies and international organizations.
