1. Students belonging to the following categories should check their information in the attached list: children of war invalids, children of sick soldiers, children of officials who suffered work-related accidents, children of people affected by chemical toxins, orphans, and students with disabilities. If any adjustments are needed, students should contact the Student Affairs and Services Department before February 28, 2014.
2. Students from ethnic minority groups, near-poor households, and poor households in 2014. Students must submit their applications for tuition fee exemption or reduction before February 28, 2014.
3. Students of the QH-2013-X cohort who are ethnic minorities from mountainous regions, orphans, or students with disabilities must complete their social welfare benefit applications before February 28, 2014.
