1. Students who fall into the following categories need to check the information in the attached list: children of war invalids, sick soldiers, children of officials who have had work accidents, children of people exposed to toxic chemicals, orphans, and disabled students. If there are any adjustments, students should contact the Student Affairs Department before February 28, 2014.
2. Students from ethnic groups, near-poor households, and poor households in 2014. Students must submit applications for tuition exemption or reduction before February 28, 2014.
3. QH-2013-X students who are ethnic minorities in mountainous areas, orphans, and disabled students must complete their application for social benefits before February 28, 2014.
