– 7:45 AM: Arrive at the examination room
– Bring your identification (with photo).
4. Students check the list of exam participants.(DOWNLOAD here(There are a total of 16 sheets corresponding to 16 examination rooms): This list, submitted by the instructors to the Postgraduate Training Department, excludes students who did not attend classes fully according to the training regulations. If students have questions about the examination list, please meet directly with the officer in charge (Mr. Nam) according to the student consultation schedule (Tuesday and Thursday afternoons; Wednesday and Friday mornings), the deadline is March 19, 2014.
5. This list is subject to change.Following information received from the Planning and Finance Department, students who have not paid their tuition fees will not be allowed to take the exam.
6. Hiện nay Phòng Kế hoạch – Tài chính đã hoàn thiện được 291 thẻ học viên cho khóa 2013, những trường hợp chưa có thẻ có thể do thiếu ảnh/ảnh sai kích thước hoặc chưa làm đầy đủ thủ tục mở thẻ. Sau buổi thi ngày 22/3/2014 HV sẽ nhận thẻ tại Phòng Kế hoạch – Tài chính. Đề nghị những học viên chưa có thẻ cần hoàn thiện thủ tục để làm thẻ. Đến buổi thi học phần ngoại ngữ, nếu học viên không có thẻ sẽ không được dự thi.
