University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi organizes university admission for part-time study program, 2016, majors:

Standard training program:02 industries

- Office administration - quota of 60 students

- Religious studies-target 80 students

University training 2nd degree:01 industry

- Archival study - quota of 60 students

I. ADMISSION CONDITIONS:

Any citizen who meets the following conditions can take the university entrance exam in the form of VLVH:

- For standard training programs:Graduated from high school (high school) in the form of formal education or continuing education or graduated from college, intermediate school (professional intermediate school, vocational intermediate school), hereinafter referred to as high school graduate.

(A vocational college graduate must be a junior high school graduate, have studied enough knowledge, passed the high school cultural subjects graduation exam and be recognized as having completed cultural subjects in the high school education program according to regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training).

- For second degree training:People who have a college degree.

- Healthy enough to study according to current regulations;

- Submit all valid documents and admission fees in full, in accordance with procedures and on time;

Those who do not meet the above conditions and those who fall into the following categories are not allowed to take the exam:

- Being prosecuted for criminal liability or serving a criminal sentence;

- Military or police personnel on active duty who have not been permitted by their agency's head to attend school.

II. PRIORITY POLICY IN ADMISSION:

The University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU, Hanoi applies preferential policies in enrollment according to regulations in Article 6 of the current Regulations on enrollment in part-time university and college programs of the Ministry of Education and Training.

1. Priority policy by Subject:Difference in admission scoresbetween the next two priority groups is1.0pointPeople with multiple priority categories are only entitled to the highest priority category.

2. Priority policies by region:Difference in admission scoresbetween the next two areas is0.5pointRegional priority is determined by place of work or place of study and high school graduation with continuous study or work time of 24 months or more as of the date of application submission.

3. Subjects eligible for direct admission to the university standard training program in the form of VLVH:

- Labor heroes, armed forces heroes, national emulation fighters with high school diploma or equivalent;

- People who have a university degree from universities in the national education system.

III. ADMISSION EXAM SUBJECTS:

- For standard training programs:Candidates must take all 3 subjects of block C (Geography, History, Literature) according to the current High School program.

- For second degree training:Candidates must pass an entrance exam consisting of two subjects: Marxist-Leninist Philosophy and Modern Vietnamese Literature.

IV. ISSUANCE AND RECEIPT OF DOCUMENTS:

The profile is issued by the University of Social Sciences and Humanities. Time of issuance and receipt of profile from28/8/2016 arriveSeptember 30, 2016.Candidates buy and submit application documents at the Training Department, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU.

V. APPLICATION DOCUMENTS INCLUDE

1. A set of application documents certified by the agency or locality with a photo attached and stamped on the edge.

2. Notarized copies of diplomas and transcripts including:

- For standard training programs:

+ A notarized copy of diploma (High school, Secondary school, Vocational school, Vocational college, College).

+ A notarized copy of university diploma with transcript (for direct admission).

- For second degree training:Notarized copy of university diploma with transcript

1. A notarized copy of birth certificate.

2. Notarized copy of priority certificate (if any)

3. 03 color photos 3x4 cm, write full name and date of birth on the back.

4. Two self-addressed, stamped envelopes with contact address and phone number.

VI. REVIEW:

Candidates who need to review, please register when submitting application. Expected review time is October 2016.

VII. EXAM TIME:

Expected date: October 29 - 30, 2016

VIII. STUDY TIME AND LOCATION:

1. Study time: outside of office hours.

- Standard training program: from 3.5 - 4.0 years

- 2nd degree training: from 2 - 2.5 years

- Study location: at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities

IX. FEES:

- Exam registration fee:60,000 VND/candidate

- Entrance exam fee:200,000 VND/exam

- Admission fee:200,000 VND/candidate (for exam exemption)
