I. ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS:
All citizens who meet the following conditions are eligible to apply for university admission through the part-time study program:
- For standard training programs:Having graduated from high school (THPT) through formal or continuing education, or having graduated from college or vocational school (professional vocational school, vocational training school).
(Graduates of vocational secondary schools must have graduated from lower secondary school, completed the required amount of knowledge, passed the upper secondary school cultural subjects graduation exams, and been recognized as having completed the cultural subjects in the upper secondary education program as prescribed by the Ministry of Education and Training).
- For second degree programs:Those who have a university degree.
- Must be in good health to study according to current regulations;
- Submit all required documents and application fees fully, correctly, and on time;
Those who do not meet the above requirements and those who fall under the following categories are not eligible to take the exam:
- Currently under criminal investigation or serving a criminal sentence;
- Military personnel or police officers currently serving who have not been granted permission to attend training by their superiors.
II. ADMISSION METHODS:
1.Admission by selection (only applicable to standard part-time/evening programs)
ButEligibility criteria: Candidates who have completed the high school program and graduated from high school in 2017.
Based on the results of the 2017 National High School Examination, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities will conduct admissions based on the subject combinations of the corresponding regular training programs. Specifically, these include:

3.Direct admission:
3.1 Standard part-time training program (first degree):
- Labor heroes, heroes of the armed forces, and national emulation fighters who have a high school diploma or equivalent;
- Individuals who have a university degree from universities within the national education system.
3.2 Part-time training program for a second degree:
Those who have graduated from a regular university program.of universities belonging to the national education system.
4. Conditions for ensuring the examination and selection process:
In cases where a particular major does not have enough registered candidates to open a class, candidates will be transferred to another major of their choice or their application documents will be returned..
III. PRIORITY POLICIES IN ADMISSION:
1. Priority policy based on target group:Difference in admission scoresBetween the two next priority groups is1.0pointIndividuals who qualify for multiple priority categories are only entitled to the highest-ranking priority category.
2. Regional Priority Policies:Difference in admission scoresbetween two consecutive areas is0.5pointPriority is given to candidates based on their place of work or school, and those who graduated from high school and have a continuous period of study or work of 24 months or more up to the date of application.

- For standard training programs:
+ A notarized copy of the high school diploma (High School, Vocational High School, Vocational College, College) or temporary graduation certificate for candidates who graduated from high school in the admission year. For candidates applying for admission, a notarized copy of the 2017 National High School Examination results report must be submitted.
+ A notarized copy of the university diploma along with the transcript (for direct admission applicants).
- For second degree programs:
A notarized copy of the university diploma along with the transcript.
3. A notarized copy of the birth certificate.
4. Certified copy of the Priority Certificate (if applicable)(Download the template here)

6. Three envelopes with stamps already affixed, clearly stating the address and contact telephone number.
V. ADMISSION PLAN:
1. Application submission period:From the date of the admission announcement until October 27, 2017.

- Second degree training: 2 – 2.5 years

VII. APPLICATION FEES:
- Exam registration fee:60,000 VND/candidate(No refunds upon withdrawal of application)
- Entrance examination fee:
+ Standard part-time/evening program (first degree):600,000 VND/candidate
+ Part-time/High School Program (Second Degree):400,000 VND/candidate
- Application fee:300,000 VND per candidate
- Direct admission fee:200,000 VND per candidate
