Scope of funding: Basic research topics include fields in the fields of social sciences and humanities: Philosophy, ethics and religion, Sociology, Political science, Economics and business, Economic and social geography, Law, History and archaeology, Ethnology, Psychology, Educational science, Language and literature, Mass media and communication, Arts (according to the classification of scientific and technological research fields issued with Decision No. 12/2008/QD-BKHCN dated September 4, 2008 of the Minister of Science and Technology.
Sponsorship objects:
- Vietnamese scientific and technological organizations; foreign organizations operating in Vietnam with scientific research functions; foreign organizations participating in research cooperation with Vietnamese scientific and technological organizations.
- Individual scientists who are Vietnamese citizens; foreign scientists participating in research cooperation with scientific and technological organizations, and individual Vietnamese scientists.
