1. Training objects:
-For majorsScience and Technology Management (research orientation):Those who have graduated from regular, specialized, part-time or expanded university programs, are leaders or specialists of science and technology management units of administrative agencies, state agencies, political organizations, socio-political organizations, professional social organizations, enterprises of different economic sectors, non-governmental organizations and must have at least 02 years of working experience in the field of science and technology management and policy planning.
- For majorsScience and Technology Management (application orientation)): Candidates must have a university degree from a regular, part-time, specialized, extended program, etc., and have at least 02 years of professional experience in a field related to the major they are applying for in one of the following positions: manager, management consultant, specialist of science and technology management units and other units with activities related to science and technology at state agencies, public service units, political organizations, socio-political organizations; socio-professional organizations; other agencies and organizations.
-For majorsManagement Science:Those who have a university degree in related fields include: Public Management, Public Policy, Science and Technology Policy, Public Administration; Human Resource Management; Business Administration; Political Science; Economic Management, Environmental Science; Economic Cybernetics, Technology and Business Management, Environmental Management, Education Management, Sociology, Social Work, Tourism Management and must have at least 01 year of working experience in a field related to the major applied for the exam.
-For majorsPublic policy:
+Those who have a university degree in related fields include: Philosophy, History, International Relations, Sociology, Journalism, Cultural Management, Sports Management, Economics, Business Administration, International Business, Finance - Banking, Insurance, Auditing, Office Administration, Party Building and State Administration, State Management, Human Resources Management, Social Work, Youth Work, Management Information Systems, State Management of Security and Order and must have at least 01 (one) year of working experience in a field related to the major of the exam.
+ Those who have a university degree in another field must be working in the field of analysis, assessment and policy planning at central state agencies (Central Committee of the Party, National Assembly, Government); local Party and government agencies (Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee); public service organizations under agencies of the Government, National Assembly, Central Committee of the Party; those who are doing research and teaching in the field of management and policy at research institutes, universities and other scientific and technological organizations and must have at least 02 (two) years of working experience in the field related to the major of the exam.

3. Training time: From March 30, 2018 to June 30, 2018
